HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY?

All of our watches come with a 1 year movement warranty. The warranty covers the watch movement against manufacturers' defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Within that period your watch will be replaced 1:1 free of charge if any issue with the movement occurs. Please note that the warranty does not cover the case, glass or band/strap.

 

ARE THE WATCHES WATER RESISTANT?

Yes! all of our watches has 5ATM water resistant rating. Our watches can withstand splashes, shower and is suitable for swimming, but we recommend you do so only if the watch is new or has been recently resealed. This is because the watch water resistance seal may degrade over time, especially if it takes a knock.

 

SHIPPING COST?

Theres none! In fact this is one of the things we pride ourselves on - free nationwide shipping for all orders.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! We provide tracking information for all orders. Please give us up to 2 working days and we will get back to you with the J&T tracking number.

 

CAN I DO SELF PICKUP?

Yes! You can self pickup at Taman Bukit Indah, Ampang or Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam everyday from 12pm - 12am. Kindly WhatsApp for appointment. Subject to availability.

HOW TO ORDER VIA BANK TRANSFER?

Bank transfer is our preferred payment method and the process is very easy!

  1. You will be making an online bank transfer to HS COLLECTIO ENTERPRISE MAYBANK
  2. Proceed to 'Complete Order' on the checkout page and you will get your order confirmation E-mail
  3. Make payment to HS COLLECTIO ENTERPRISE MAYBANK - 562786084262
  4. Share with us the receipt and your order number on Whatsapp
  5. Please give us up to 2 working days and we will get back to you with the J&T tracking number

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have had a change of mind so that we can accommodate your request. In this situation you should e-mail us at support@hscollectio.com with your details and leave the rest to us. If your order has been delivered to our courier, unfortunately we cant do cancellation for you.
